Officer (Promotion & Marketing) - Division of Integrative Systems and Design

The Division of Integrative Systems and Design is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Officer focusing on promotion and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Division's programs, events, and initiatives.
Manage social media platforms and digital content to enhance visibility and engagement.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, including design and production of marketing materials.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Assist in organizing events, outreach activities, and ad-hoc projects to strengthen the Division's profile.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the Division's marketing and communication goals.

Requirements:

Higher diploma or above, preferably an associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in marketing or the education sector.
Strong creative and problem-solving mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Familiarity with social media management, digital marketing tools, and basic design software is an advantage.
Working outside normal office hours may be required.

Applicants with less experience may be considered as Assistant Officer.

Appointment Duration: 2 years, renewable.

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
