ASSISTANT MANAGER - CUSTOMER INSIGHTS (QUANTITATIVE & QUALITATIVE)

4-6 years of experience in customer insight or business analysis
Conduct deep-dive interviews and surveys to provide strategic recommendations
Synthesize qualitative feedback and analyze customer insight

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Hospitality Management, or related discipline
4-6 years of experience in customer insight or business analysis
Native or professional fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is a must
Prior experience in Real Estate or Luxury Hospitality is preferred; candidates with a focus on loyalty/ insights will also be considered
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Salesforce and Tableau is a significant advantage
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to look beyond the numbers to identify the "story" and "why" behind the data
Exceptional communication skills for managing client interactions and ensuring satisfaction
Proactive and open-minded self-starter who identifies areas for improvement without constant supervision
Self-motivated, accountable, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage the customer survey and interview process from start to finish
Conduct deep-dive interviews and surveys on specific segments, providing strategic recommendations based on analyses
Synthesize qualitative feedback and analyze customer insight, data and demographics for senior management reporting
Collaborate with leasing, marketing, operations, and property management teams to create action plans and segment customer databases for targeted outreach
Monitor the Hong Kong, Mainland and Asia residential market, focusing on luxury residential leasing and serviced apartments
Conduct regular competitor analyses on performances, pricing, facilities, services, and operation updates
Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Business trips may be required
