Job Summary:

Iron Mountain is seeking for a Digital Operations Supervisor with proofing record in project management and team management. This position will be managing a project team at our scanning facility located in Tuen Mun and Hung Hom.

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in project operations and assist with production setup
Supervise line leaders and operators; manage resources to meet quality and daily targets
Coordinate with support teams to ensure smooth production
Collect and analyze data; design workflows, escalation charts, and scorecards; prepare regular and monthly reports
Arrange training, supervise employees, control costs, monitor compliance, and manage project budgets
Ensure operations comply with ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO18001, ISO27001)
Develop reports and dashboards
Drive process improvements and cost control
Oversee project management tasks: site visits, tendering, quotations, scheduling, and quality control
Manage and coordinate with clients
Prepare documentation and client reports
Solve operational issues and design efficient workflows
Plan, monitor, and control project budgets
Identify and mitigate project risks
Manage stakeholder expectations and communication
Apply continuous improvement
Understand document management systems, scanning technologies, and workflow automation
Analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Lead and develop team members; coach and mentor for performance
Handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities

Security, Health & Safety:

Comply with all security, occupational health and safety policies, procedures and written instructions appropriate to the workplace, and ensure all team members meet this requirement.
Complete required security, health and safety training.
Cooperate with management and the Company in meeting regulatory requirements.
Take reasonable care for your personal health and safety, and that of other persons including customers and the public who may be affected by your actions at work.
Report incidents or near misses, attend any required health and safety meetings, report problems and recommend improvements, and other related activities.

Requirements:

Degree, major in computer science, or industrial engineering is preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in team management
Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and responsibility; able to work under pressure
Client-oriented, pleasant, cheerful, and excellent communication skills
Good time management and strong organizational skills with a logical mindset
Proficient in PC applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Good command of both English and Chinese
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of scanning operations is an advantage
Willingness to perform other duties as assigned by the line manager from time to time
