Responsibilities:

Assist in integrated marketing communication programmes to achieve business targets
Promote the hotel brand effectively by utilizing a range of marketing tools, including but not limited to internal channels, online and offline advertising, e-marketing, direct marketing, public relations, print and social media, marketing brochure and websites
Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media, advertising, events and sponsorships
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure optimal performance
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and partners
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, catering and F&B teams, to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution of marketing communication plans
Monitor marketing metrics across various channels in order to assess the effectiveness of campaigns
Work closely with external agencies in delivering quality and effective communication materials in a timely and cost effective manner
Develop joint marketing promotions with third parties to drive exposure and revenue to hotel
Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

Bachelor’ degree or above in related disciplines
6-8 years of experience in Marketing Communications team, preferable in hotel industry
Strong PC skills, well versed in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese World Processing
Good writing skill and spoken in both English and Chinese, Putonghua is also preferable
Photography skill is a definite advantage
