Responsibilities
• Oversee the development and implementation of the Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) – Human Capital Management (HCM) Project
• Lead end-to-end system migration and implementation, including system design, workflow design, configuration, and process optimisation
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure system interoperability, data accuracy, and compliance with internal and external regulations
• Engage closely with HR stakeholders to lead requirements gathering and translate them into effective system solutions
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including handling enquiries, analyzing feedback, and ensuring performance meets defined standards
• Develop dashboards and HR analytics reports
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Statistics, Information Systems or relevant disciplines
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in tertiary education institutions
• Relevant experience in project management and HCM implementation projects, preferably in sizable organizations
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and HCM solutions
• A good knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, data privacy regulations, and related legislations
• Pro-active, resourceful and service-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and other relevant software applications
Candidates with less/more experience will be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.
Salary and Benefits
Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity. Appointment will normally be made on a fixed-term contract of 2 years, with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement and the availability of the post.
