We are looking for an Executive Assistant with strong independence and accountability to support our client’s Hong Kong office.

Job Description:

Report directly to the General Manager.
Handle daily office administration tasks.
Prepare and collect simple shipping documents.
Liaise with external service providers when needed.
Responsible for daily book-keeping, filing, and invoicing.
Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

F.6 or Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or personal assistant roles.
Experience working in a small company is an advantage.
Able to work independently, well‑organized, and trustworthy.
Fluent in Cantonese with a good command of English and Mandarin.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Immediate or short‑notice availability is preferred.
