Responsibilities:

Deliver product training and prepare training materials for frontline sales
Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure training content aligns with company objectives.
Arrange and prepare online assessments, including quizzes and call tests
Update e‑POPs for products, services, marketing offers, and MI
Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous improvement
Handle product enquiries and daily training administration
Support corporate training activities such as venue sourcing and booking

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Business, Communications, or related discipline
Experience in training, product training, or sales support is preferred
Experience in the telecom or retail industry is an advantage
Strong communication, presentation and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Well‑organized, detail‑minded, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
A proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
