About This Team

FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. We are an amazing team of passionate, active and dedicated leaders who are counted on as a key business partner in strategic and operational decisions. A day in the life

Role

Reporting to APAC FP&A Director and leading a team of 1 senior analyst, this role supports our APAC Digital channel business, including own websites and market places across all the markets in the region. The role is the key business partner to the VP, Digital APAC and works very closely with his teams across the region:

Drive weekly/quarterly/annual sales planning on digital channel, including target & KPI settings, identifying risks & opportunities, forecasting trends and evaluating sales initiatives, assisting leaders to achieve sales target
Own all planning processes (long range plan, annual operating plan and monthly forecast) for the Digital channel and its function costs
Cultivate strong financial discipline with business teams in managing function costs and channel profitability
Develop and maintain revenue and cost tracking model on all business initiatives
Planning and effectiveness measurement of digital marketing spend
Provide financial insights and analytical support for operational decisions
Partner with regional/international/global FP&A and business teams, proactively seek opportunities to improve processes that could reduce efforts and promote forecast accuracy
Key contributor in building a strong, united and happy APAC FP&A team

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience with fast paced business environments
University degree in Finance, Commerce or Business Administration, CPA a requirement
Exposures to ecommerce business will be a definite advantage
Experience with Hyperion, PowerBI or other large ERP systems will be an asset
