Safety Officer

Responsibilities

To implement OSH regulations
To review current policies and practices of the company periodically and make sure all staff follow the regulations.
To perform regular inspections, identify hazardous condition or poor habits and report to management for safety improvement.
To perform risk assessment and provide preventive measures accordingly.
To investigate industrial injury cases and prepare corrective / preventive actions.
To prepare working procedures for high risk works / projects .
To conduct safety training and toolbox talks to staff.
To promote staff awareness and participation in safety related activities.
To ensure all safety equipment are complied with safety standard.
To be the instructor of Green Card training courses.

Requirements

Registered Safety Officer
2-3 year relevant safety working experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command in both written English and Chinese
Familiar with PC usage, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
