Are you looking to be part of revolutionizing online shopping behaviour and experience? We are a well-esteemed eCommerce company that operates multiple eCommerce websites internationally. We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new beauty business worldwide and to build brand awareness and sales revenue.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
Create and maintain clear process documentation including flowcharts, BPMN diagrams, data flow diagrams, use case models, and current/future state process maps.
Lead end-to-end analysis for IT projects using various SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.), ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Support and enhance retail systems such as AX ERP System, Magento e-Commerce
platform, CRM system, supply chain tools, and other integrations & migration.
Manage key retail challenges including inventory & order management, system integration & migration projects, and customer data privacy compliance.
Facilitate workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and communication between business, IT, and external vendors.
Dedicate approximately 20% of time to QA activities, including developing test cases, executing test scripts, functional testing, and ensuring quality delivery of IT projects.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, Engineering, or related discipline.
At least 5 years of solid experience as an IT Business Analyst (or related role), preferably in retail or e-commerce.
Strong hands-on experience in creating professional flowcharts, process maps, BPMN diagrams, and other business modelling artifacts (using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart or Draw.io).
In-depth knowledge and practical application of different SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative, and Hybrid models), with proven ability to adapt methodology to project needs.
Good understanding of e-commerce and retail operations, including supply chain, omnichannel integration, and data privacy regulations (PDPO, GDPR).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities with experience handling complex, cross-functional projects.
Experience in QA/testing activities (UAT, test case creation, defect management) is required
