Key Responsibilities 主要職責

Conduct research and in-depth analysis on global mining industry trends, projects and opportunities.
就全球礦業行業趨勢、項目及機遇進行研究及深入分析。
Organise and participate in the evaluation and feasibility assessment of mining investment projects, including technical and operational reviews at overseas mine sites.
組織並參與礦業投資項目的評估及可行性研究，包括對海外礦場進行技術及營運層面的實地審查。
Drive the implementation, monitoring and promotion of approved investment projects from early execution through to operation.
推動已批准投資項目的落實與跟進，從前期執行直至投產營運階段，負責監察及推進。
Post-acquisition, actively participate in the daily management and operation of overseas mines to ensure a smooth transition from investment phase to stable production.
在項目收購後，積極參與海外礦山的日常管理及營運，確保項目由投資階段順利過渡至穩定生產。
Oversee mine operations in areas such as safety, production efficiency, workforce management and compliance with international standards and best practices.
監督礦山營運，在安全、生產效率、人員管理及符合國際標準和最佳實務等方面把關。
Organise and participate in post-investment project management, focusing on operational optimisation, performance tracking and value enhancement.
組織並參與投資後項目的管理工作，專注於營運優化、績效追蹤及價值提升。
Undertake frequent overseas business travel, including short- and medium-term on-site assignments at overseas mines as required.
按需要經常出差海外，包括在海外礦場進行短期及中期駐場工作。
Perform other duties assigned by department heads or senior management.
履行部門主管或高層管理人員指派的其他工作。

Ideal Candidate 理想人選

Master’s degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, Mineral Processing, Metallurgy or other mining-related disciplines.
擁有地質學、礦業工程、選礦、冶金或其他相關礦業學科的碩士學位。
Minimum 5 years of solid, hands-on experience working on-site in overseas mining operations or at overseas mines (e.g. Canada, Indonesia, Africa, Australia or other regions).
至少五年在海外礦業營運或礦場現場工作的實戰經驗（例如加拿大、印尼、非洲、澳洲或其他地區）。
Strong technical foundation in mine operations, mineral processing, metallurgy and geology, with additional knowledge in finance, accounting and investment.
具備礦山營運、選礦、冶金及地質方面扎實的技術基礎，並兼具財務、會計及投資方面的知識。
Direct involvement in successful overseas mining investment projects, or deep participation in the full investment cycle of overseas mining projects, will be a strong advantage.
曾直接參與成功的海外礦業投資項目，或深入參與海外礦業項目完整投資流程者尤佳。
Excellent command of English and Mandarin, with strong writing skills for reports, submissions and analytical documents.
具備良好英語及普通話能力，並具備撰寫報告、呈文及分析文件的優秀書寫能力。
Familiar with the mining industry, with a clear and intuitive understanding of the full process of mine development, construction and operation.
熟悉礦業行業，對礦山開發、建設及營運的完整流程有清晰及直觀的理解。
Proficient in common office software and reporting/analysis tools.
熟練運用常用辦公軟件及各類報告／分析工具。
