Job Description Summary

Portfolio Manager will be a part of Natixis Credit Portfolio & Resources Management team, in charge of a portfolio of APAC clients with whom

Natixis has various transactions including Corporate, Leveraged Finance, Global Trade, Global Markets, SECM Finance and other products.

Main Responsibilities

Mission

As Portfolio Manager, you will be a part of Natixis Credit Portfolio & Resources Management team, in charge of a portfolio of APAC clients with whom Natixis has various transactions including Corporate, Leveraged Finance, Global Trade, Global Markets, SECM Finance and other products.

Credit Analysis and Monitoring

Perform credit analysis (including but not limited to financial analysis, financial forecast and projection, risk assessment, business performance, industry analysis, etc.) and conduct rating proposal, for the preparation and presentation to Credit Committee on annual reviews and new business proposals;
Review and assess new and existing facilities proposed for the clients, including facility structure, profitability, risk and regulatory constraints, and risk mitigants;
Regular interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to Coverage, BLs, Risk, and other relevant department, as well as clients, external counsels, respectively, in order to conduct the above-mentioned analysis and risk condition follow up;
Perform industry research and related analysis;
Perform client search and credit due diligence;
Monitor and control credit counterparty set up/review of a diversified portfolio;
Ensure the limits and ratings are timely and properly approved and followed;
Support ad hoc requests from other team members if in need.

Portfolio Management

Monitor respective portfolio's exposure and performance;
Monitor the profitability of your respective clients and transactions. Propose portfolio strategies on these deals (secondary sales, credit insurance…) and direct Distribution teams for execution of the trades;
Opine on new transactions presented to Credit Committee with a portfolio angle (benchmarking with other similar transactions in the books; analysis of its profitability and liquidity in the secondary market);
Preparing analytical reports of the portfolio and presents to management;
Implement new transversal projects of the bank;
Collaborate closely with a variety of business units, credit risk, and portfolio managers.

Required Skills

Top tier university degree with relevant credit experiences, preferably in corporate banking industry;
Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal;
Team spirit is a must;
Multiple-task, able to cope with complex mission with time pressure and work under tight deadline;
Positive, energetic, proactive with good interpersonal skills and, on top, responsible and efficient on dealing with workloads;
Mastering of MS Office applications, like MS Excel, Word, PPT;
CFA and CPA holder with credit portfolio management experience is a plus.
