Director of Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the hotel marketing plan, room and catering revenue budget to achieve financial targets
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to optimize inventory and catering space across all segments
Build and maintain good relationships with Corporate, Travel Trade and MICE business partners
Work closely with the Revenue Department to analyze market trends and forecast group business to maximize overall profitability
Lead and mentor the team fostering a culture of accountability, excellence and high performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Director of Sales & Marketing role in hospitality industry
Proven track record and established network in the Corporate and Travel Trade business
With knowledge in the Serviced Suites or Long Staying Market is essential
Good team player with excellent leadership skills
Self-motivated, well-organized and possesses a strong results-driven mindset
