Property Assistant (Shopping Mall - Central)

HKDSE or above, in Property Management or related disciplines
Working experience in commercial building is preferable
Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Property Officer

How you will make an impact:

Perform daily administrative tasks and clerical support to the property management office
Prepare management reports, incident reports, quotation, tender documents, etc.
Prepare data entry, updating and filing document
Coordinate with Internal and External parties
Other ad-hoc job as assigned

What we are looking for:

HKCEE / DSE or above
Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is an advantage
Good command of both spoken English & Chinese
Detail minded, good interpersonal and communication skills
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoints and Chinese Word Processing
