Hong Kong office : focuses on electrical technology and functions as a trading office and regional hub for export and distribution to China, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, the Philippines and other APAC markets.
Mother company : over 20 production sites worldwide, the group offers strong manufacturing support and reliable global supply capabilities.

ROLE SUMMARY

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will take full ownership of the order lifecycle for assigned customers in China and the Asia Pacific region.
This position suits a detail‑minded and independent professional who can work under pressure and handle orders, documentation and shipments with high accuracy and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Independently manage the full order process, including order receipt, confirmation, processing, import & export shipping documents, and completion.
Ensure all orders, documents and shipments are accurate, consistent and aligned with agreed terms and conditions.
Verify order details, pricing and product availability with customers, factories and internal teams when required.
Proactively track and monitor order status, promptly identify potential issues and resolve problems related to orders and shipments.
Coordinate closely with logistics providers and other business partners to secure accurate, on‑time delivery.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of orders, shipments and customer communications; ensure proper filing of all documents.
Provide timely updates and daily work progress reports to management, highlighting key issues and necessary follow‑up actions.
Communicate effectively with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance, etc.) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Work proactively, maintain high work efficiency and support continuous improvement of order handling processes.

IDEAL CANDIDATES

5+ years’ experience in order processing, shipping documentation, logistics or related functions.
Experience in trading companies, distributors or sales offices is a strong advantage.
Experience in China or APAC markets will be a plus.
Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Able to work well under pressure, with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
