Role Summary 職位概要
- The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in leading cross‑border project transitions, ensuring smooth transfer of production from China to Thailand, and driving operational excellence. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage diverse teams while maintaining compliance with international standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities 主要職責
- Report to the Hong Kong General Manager
- 向香港總經理匯報
- Lead a team of Thai local staff, driving project transition from China factory to Thai site until mass production
- 帶領泰國本地員工團隊，推動項目由中國工廠轉移至泰國工廠直至量產
- Monitor cross‑functional collaboration between engineering, operations, purchasing, and QA to optimize processes and mitigate risks
- 監督工程、營運、採購及品質保證部門的跨部門協作，以優化流程並降低風險
- Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory laws, maintain government relations, and strengthen customer relationships through routine visits
- 確保遵守海關及監管法規，維持政府關係，並透過定期拜訪加強客戶關係
- Establish systems, workflows, and manpower in the Thai factory to meet audit and certification requirements (ISO9001, ISO14006, ICTI, BSCI, EU RoHS)
- 在泰國工廠建立系統、流程及人力，以符合客戶審核及 ISO9001、ISO14006、ICTI、BSCI、EU RoHS 等認證要求
- Perform ad hoc projects assigned by management
- 執行管理層指派的臨時項目
Job Requirements 職位要求
- Degree holder in Manufacturing, Business Administration, Material Management, Engineering, or related discipline
- 持有製造業、工商管理、物料管理、工程或相關學科學位
- Minimum 10 years of solid management experience in consumer electronics manufacturing
- 至少 10 年消費電子製造業的管理經驗
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Thai is an advantage
- 良好的英語及中文書寫與口語能力；懂泰語更佳
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- 具備優秀的溝通及領導能力，能與各層級持份者有效合作
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
- 具備卓越的分析、談判及問題解決能力
