Our Hong Kong office acts as a trading and sales hub, handling sourcing, product development, and orders for customers in the US, Europe, and Asia.

Position Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-minded Half-Day Administrative Clerk to provide clerical and administrative support to both the Sales Manager and Admin Manager.
This role is ideal for candidates seeking stable part-time hours in a professional, international textile business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Sales Manager and Admin Manager.
Handle day-to-day office administration tasks and routine documentation.
Support the sales team by filing emails, preparing and sending sales confirmations and bulk shipping advice to customers, and updating simple reports.
Assist the Admin Manager with ordering office supplies, coordinating maintenance of office equipment, and handling related data entry and filing.

Ideal Candidates

2+ years’ working experience in an office environment.
Experience in manufacturing or trading companies is an advantage.
Experience in textiles / fabrics or related industries is a plus.
Relevant experience in sales support or office administrative support is preferred.
Proficient in English and Cantonese.
Good communication skills, mature, independent and self‑motivated.
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Terms & Benefits

Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Annual leave: 7 days
Paid sick leave: 6 days
Medical benefit
Permanent half day job
