We are currently looking for a talented Technical Supervisor (Building Services - Plumbing & Drainage) to join our Technical Team in Hong Kong’s leading decentralized office area – Taikoo Place. With top-flight technological facilities and an integrated community, Taikoo Place is a thriving hub of 10 interconnected office towers that has seen continuous upgrading and expansion. Our Technical Team of specialised engineers and building surveyors are dedicated professionals who drive our sustainable practices forward, make cutting-edge enhancements to our buildings so Taikoo Place is even more exceptional, and support our daily operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise in-house technicians and contractors on operation, routine repair and maintenance of plumbing and drainage system
Attend emergency calls
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors
Prepare reports on incidents of system

REQUIREMENTS

Certificate in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' experience in building construction or services maintenance of plumbing and drainage systems
Licensed Plumber preferable
Good communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels
General knowledge in written English, fluent in Cantonese
Good computer skills on MS Word and Excel
Required to attend 24-hour emergency calls
