Mid-Level

Location: Hong Kong

Minimum 4 years in Product Management, focusing on AI-driven products

Language: Fluency in English required. Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) preferable

Role

As a Product Manager at SleekFlow, you will be responsible for owning and driving the development of key product areas within our core SaaS platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify customer problems, define product strategy, and deliver impactful solutions that align with both user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more core product domains (e.g. messaging experience, onboarding & growth, automations, analytics, or platform capabilities)
Define product strategy and roadmap grounded in customer insights, data, and business goals
Translate user problems and business requirements into clear product requirements, specifications, and success metrics
Collaborate closely with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-quality product experiences across web and mobile
Partner with sales, support and other customer-facing teams to deeply understand customer needs and validate product direction
Drive cross-squad initiatives, ensuring alignment, clear ownership, and smooth execution
Use data and qualitative feedback to measure impact, identify opportunities, and continuously improve shipped features
Operate in a fast-paced, iterative environment—shipping incrementally, learning quickly, and refining based on real-world usage

Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a SaaS or B2B software environment
Strong understanding of modern SaaS products, user-centric design, and agile product development practices
Experience working closely with engineering teams in highly iterative, fast-moving environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and expectation-setting skills
Ability to think strategically while also executing with strong attention to detail
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
Proven ability to execute at speed in fast-paced environments, balancing high-quality delivery with pragmatic decision-making under tight timelines
Fluency in English required; fluency in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is a plus
Meticulous attention to detail
