About Our Client

My client is a financially stable Hong Kong Listed organisation, and due to succession planning, they're seeking for a Group Treasurer to take the organisation further. The role will oversee a team size of over 10 people based in Hong Kong and responsible for oversea branches.

Job Description

Lead and manage the Group Treasury function across multiple geographies
Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management to ensure financial stability
Develop and implement treasury strategies aligned with corporate objectives
Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, and capital market activities
Drive risk management initiatives, including FX, interest rate, and funding risks
Provide strategic insights to senior management and the Board on treasury matters
Lead and mentor a sizeable treasury team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
CPA Qualifications
Minimum 15-20 years of treasury experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership experience
Proven track record in Hong Kong Listed Organisations (i.e. has Head office experience)
Strong knowledge of cash management, corporate financing, and risk management
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in a listed company environment highly desirable
