Job Title: Event Coordinator

J ob Location: China

L anguage Proficiency: Chinese (Native Level)

Job Description for Webinar Producer:

The candidate must speak/read the local language fluently.
Handles all technical aspects of the event. Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the event.
Reliable laptop and dependable internet connection.
Must be able to multitask during the webinar event,
Set up the communication system prior to live event. Monitoring the chat and Q&A features, ensuring that questions and comments are addressed properly.
Provide support for webinar speakers. Testing their audio and video setup
Post-Event follow-up
Comfortable using technology for virtual training and digital resources.
Launch interactive elements such as polls or Q&A sessions, if applicable
Must be able to dedicate 13 hours during the month of March for the event dress rehearsal and training delivery. Local time zone
This is a freelancer position
