Part time Sales Executive and Customer Services Officer (Sheung Wan) (HK$80 – HK$120 per hour)

What are the details about this role:

• Flexible working hours to assign the roster based on the candidates’ available time
• We are currently looking for the candidate who can work 3-5 afternoons a week. The possible workings could be Monday – Friday 14:00-20:00, Saturday and Sunday 10:00-18:00 (The exact working hours can be further discussed if needed)

What are the main responsibilities of this role:

• To communicate with potential customers day-to-day in order to achieve sales target and number of new students
• Increase customers intake and conversion of sales
• Provide after sales services to establish and retain good relationship with students/parents.
• Interact and work directly with parents and students via smooth handling of walk in/telephone/email/whatsapp inquiries and lesson booking.
• Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day reception operation of the centre

What are the credentials / skills that we are looking for:

• Tertiary education students/graduates with excellent communication & interpersonal skills, fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Previous experience in Sales and hospitality is a definite advantage.
• Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Good command of speaking in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Holding IANG visa candidates are also welcome

What is the salary range that we offer:

HKD 80 to HKD120 per hour

Potential Working days

Four weekdays
One of weekends (Optional)

Potential Working hours:

Weekdays: 10:00 to 20:00 or Monday – Friday 14:00-20:00
Weekends: 09:00 to 18:30 or Saturday - Sunday 10:00-18:00
