Title: Accountant

Working Location: Hong Kong

How you will contribute

Prepare month-end closing and general accounting function
Prepare payment to suppliers
Keep track of the settlement status from clients
To maintain fixed asset registers
Prepare reconciliations and accounting schedules
Prepare treasury reports submit to Treasury Dept and assist on cash management
Responsible for preparing reports and financial analysis that facilities business and operation review
Assist to ensure the operation procedures are complied with company policies and accounting standards
Responsible for office administration matters & part of HR matters
Liaise with IT team for IT matters
Liaison with external parties, such as: auditors, company secretary, TIA and vendors, etc …
Other ad hoc assignments

Who you are?

Degree / Diploma in accountancy with at least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting & administration. (With multi-national companies working experience is highly preferable)
Proficiency in computer application and accounting software such as excel, powerpoint, Oracle, etc
Strong sense of responsibility & commitment, detailed minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
A good team player who is able to work under pressure and manage deadlines with high accuracy.
Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Good analytical and commercial sense.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
