主要職責

-透過電話處理客戶有關積分或網購查詢

-回應客戶投訴

-協助監督日常運營

-協助處理臨時任務和主管要求的其他職責

-保持專業態度，與客人建立良好關係

-培訓和發展團隊成員

-營造積極的團隊環境

入職要求

-HKCEE/DSE或以上學歷

-兩年或以上客戶服務經驗

-懂得中文及英文輸入法

-守時，好學有禮，熟悉網購平台或積分應用為佳

-能操流利廣東話,基本英語及普通話者優先取錄

-提供專業在職培訓及良好晉升機會，舒適的工作及休息環境

-特設勤工獎/表現奬賞
