Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Management or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in the healthcare or insurance industry, preferably in the private hospital sector
Assist department head to develop and implement a comprehensive sales and client servicing strategy to grow the hospital's insurance and corporate business segments
Identify and nurture relationships with insurance providers, corporate clients, and other potential partners to generate new business leads and opportunities
Coordinate the negotiation and management of contracts and service level agreements with insurance providers and corporate clients
Strong understanding of the Hong Kong healthcare and insurance landscape, including the key players, regulations, and industry trends
Experience in managing marketing campaigns and utilizing digital marketing tools is a strong advantage
Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
