Officer, Property Services (Project) - 24-month Contract

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing handover documents and providing clerical support for new projects
Consolidate information from internal stakeholders and prepare documents such as objectives, plans, schedules, meeting minutes and reports
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive new initiatives and technology solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, ensuring seamless and timely project execution
Organize and provide support in various training and workshops
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma holder
At least 3 years' relevant experience; possess experience in property management or project management is preferred; Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer, Property Services
Strong Interpersonal skill, analytical and problem-solving skills
Member of a professional body recognized by the PMSA is an advantage
Self-motivated with can-do attitude
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office
