Customer Services Officer (Contract)

Responsibilities

Deliver quality customer services through counter transactions
Cross-sell retail banking products
Support back-end branch operations

Requirements

Secondary School graduate or above
Relevant teller experience an advantage
Strong sales and service orientation with outgoing personality and good communication skills
Proficiency in English and Cantonese as well as fluency in Putonghua
