(Senior) IT Officer – Application Specialist / Service Management

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT application support and service management
Immediate availability is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide second-tier application support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and escalation
Manage incidents and problems effectively using ITSM tools and practices
Conduct software diagnosis and performance monitoring
Deliver training sessions on Microsoft products (e.g., MS Office, SharePoint, Power Platform)
Participate in IT asset and inventory management across teams and projects
Collaborate with developers for third-tier support and issue simulation
Prepare and maintain documentation of support services and troubleshooting steps
Design and conduct UAT, training, and post-deployment support
Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to business applications

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT application support and service management
Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and tools (e.g., ITIL)
Strong technical skills in Windows/mobile applications, databases, and scripting
Experience with MS Office applications, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Apps
Knowledge of application/web programming and QA is an advantage
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, ISO) are a plus
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
Immediate availability is preferred
