Job Description

Sales Growth & Customer Solutions

Collaborate strategically with bank Relationship Managers (RMs) across branches to co-deliver professional, needs-based insurance solutions to bank customers.
Proactively drive cross-selling and up-selling activities, analyzing customer portfolios to optimize sales opportunities and sustain long-term customer relationships.
Execute high-impact sales strategies and business plans specifically designed to maximize bancassurance revenue and market penetration.

Channel Enablement & Performance

Build and nurture influential relationships with bank leadership and their frontline sales force to foster a collaborative and high-performing sales environment.
Conduct targeted sales coaching and training to enhance the insurance knowledge and selling skills of bank staff.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing feedback and motivation to bank sales teams to ensure the attainment of challenging business targets.

Qualifications

University graduate or above, preferably with professional insurance qualification (such as ANZIIF, ACII, etc.
Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Bancassurance/ business development/ relationship building with bank partners/ broker/ corporate client or new partners
Solid knowledge in life insurance
Strong business acumen, sales planning, marketing sense and client management
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills
Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

2.Senior Officer (GI, Corporate Institutional client, relationship management & some authority for underwriting)

Responsibilities

Client Management and Business Growth

Serve as the primary account handler, proactively servicing and marketing the full suite of insurance products to our existing base of Japanese corporate clients and intermediaries.
Cultivate and sustain close, long-term business relationships with key client contacts, acting as a trusted advisor.
Aggressively develop new business opportunities within the portfolio and marketplace to ensure the achievement of ambitious business targets.
Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by actively participating in various targeted sales and marketing activities.

Technical Expertise and Operations

Implement prudent underwriting practices for client accounts, ensuring strict adherence to the company's internal underwriting guidelines.
Handle and resolve all client inquiries effectively and efficiently, delivering timely and professional solutions.
Provide necessary sales and administrative support to team supervisors to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Associate Degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or an Insurance-related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of dedicated account servicing experience within the General Insurance industry is strongly preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Proven underwriting knowledge across various classes of general insurance is a significant asset.
Professional Development (Plus): Holding or actively pursuing professional insurance qualifications such as ACII or ANZIIF is a distinct advantage.

Skills and Attributes

Communication & Service: Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential for managing high-value corporate clients.
Drive: Self-motivated, highly sales-oriented with strong account servicing abilities, and a proven ability to be a good team player.
Language: Good command of both written and spoken English.
Computer Skills: Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
