Senior HR Officer (HR Operations)

Key Responsibilities

Support in global mobility processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees’ network movement, legal compliance and mutual protection, in line with both internal standards and external regulations
Coordinate relocation and onboarding activities for overseas hires, ensuring a smooth transition and settlement in Hong Kong
Liaise with external vendors, immigration consultants and other related parties on work visa applications, relocation logistics, and related administrative processes
Take part in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing expats engagement & wellbeing
Support and provide advice to optimize onboarding and offboarding procedures
Advise and support management on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes and employee communications
Provide support and care for employees experiencing illness or emergencies and coordinate appropriate assistance for their families
Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication, respect, and collaboration across all levels of the organization
Handle employee grievances impartially and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience in Hong Kong, preferably with exposure to employee relations or HR generalist functions
Solid understanding of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and local HR practices
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a high level of integrity and discretion
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Experience in expatriate mobility services will be an advantage
Immediate available is highly preferred
Less experiences will be considered as HR officer
