Management Trainee – Administration (Permanent)

Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors, handle the sign‑in process and direct enquiries to the right department.
Answer, screen and forward phone calls; manage general emails and voicemail.
Help book meeting rooms, video conferences and business trips.
Deal with mail and parcels, keep office supplies stocked and take care of basic facility needs.
Draft, proofread and file documents (paper and electronic), and assist with data entry and record‑keeping.
Support internal events, client visits and online webinars with preparation and logistics.
Provide polite, professional service to customers, suppliers and partners to ensure a great first impression.
Pitch in on ad‑hoc projects such as onboarding new hires, updating SOPs or streamlining office workflows.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree a plus); we welcome fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and a solid customer‑service mindset.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment.

Nice‑to‑Have

Hands‑on experience in reception, admin or similar support roles (even six months counts).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or comparable office software.
Basic accounting or invoicing tool experience.
Familiarity with industry‑specific systems such as CRM or project‑management tools.
