Role Summary 職位概要
- Play a pivotal role in leading cross‑border project transitions, ensuring a smooth transfer of production from China to Thailand, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities 主要職責
- Report to the Operations Director.
- 向營運總監匯報。
- Lead a team of local Thai staff, driving project transitions from the China factory to the Thailand site through to successful mass production.
- 帶領泰國本地員工團隊，推動項目由中國工廠轉移至泰國工廠，直至順利量產。
- Monitor and facilitate cross‑functional collaboration between engineering, operations, purchasing, and QA to optimize processes, ensure quality, and mitigate operational risks.
- 監督及促進工程、營運、採購及品質保證部門之跨部門協作，以優化流程、確保品質及降低營運風險。
- Manage mass production (MP) and new product delivery schedules to ensure on‑time shipment.
- 負責管理量產及新產品交貨時間表，確保準時出貨。
- Coordinate with all relevant suppliers and internal departments to align plans and actions in order to meet customer and management requirements.
- 聯繫所有相關供應商及內部部門人員，就計劃及行動達成一致，以滿足客戶及管理層需求。
- Coordinate, manage, monitor, and track all technical and operational aspects across the full manufacturing flow, including incoming materials, SMT, PCBA, casing, packaging, delivery, and customer complaint handling, ensuring everything is on track and meets targets.
- 協調、管理、監察及跟進整個生產流程的技術及營運事宜，包括來料、SMT、PCBA、外殼、包裝、出貨及客戶投訴處理等，確保各環節運作暢順並達到既定目標。
Ideal Candidates 理想人選
- Degree holder in Manufacturing, Engineering, Material Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 持有製造業、工程、物料管理、工商管理或相關學科學位。
- Minimum 8 years of similar experience in consumer electronics manufacturing; of which 2+ years in managerial or senior level
- 至少 8 年消費電子製造業相關工作經驗，其中不少於 2 年擔任管理層或高級職位。
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Thai will be an advantage.
- 良好的英語及中文書寫與口語能力；懂泰語者更佳。
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- 具備優秀的溝通及領導能力，能與各層級持份者有效合作。
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills, with a results‑oriented mindset.
- 具備卓越的分析、談判及問題解決能力，並以結果為導向。
