Role Summary 職位概要
- Reporting to the Factory Director, this leadership role oversees production planning and material control operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery across our garment manufacturing processes.

- As part of a reputable Hong Kong–headquartered manufacturer with international clients, you will play a key role in optimizing factory performance, driving process improvements, and supporting global apparel production for leading retailers in the U.S., Europe, and Canada.

Responsibilities 工作職責
- Report directly to the Factory Director.
- 直接向工廠總監匯報。
- Oversee production planning and production material control (PPC/PMC) at the Vietnam factory.
- 負責管理越南工廠的生產計劃及生產物料控制（PPC/PMC）。
- Monitor order progress, production schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure on-time performance.
- 監察訂單進度、生產計劃及交貨時間，確保準時交付。
- Prepare and deliver production reports, and support capacity planning and optimization.
- 編制並提交生產報告，協助生產能力規劃及優化工作。
- Oversee material flow, inventory, and labor allocation in accordance with production schedules.
- 根據生產計劃監控物料流動、庫存及人力分配。
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance data accuracy, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- 識別並推行持續改進措施，以提升數據準確性、降低成本及提高效率。
- Participate in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
- 參與年度預算及月度預測的編製。
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required.
- 按需要處理臨時指派的工作。
Ideal Candidates 理想人選
- Tertiary education or above
- 大專或以上學歷。
- Proven managerial experience in production, production planning, or PMC within the garment industry.
- 具備服裝行業生產、生產計劃或PMC的管理層經驗。
- Experience working in offshore factories is highly advantageous.
- 具海外工廠工作經驗者優先考慮。
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- 良好的中英文書寫及口語能力，懂普通話者更佳。
- Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP systems.
- 精通 MS Office 應用軟件及 ERP 系統。
