Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a key support to the Head of Finance & Accounting, helping to manage and coordinate the work of four core teams: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Billing.
Serve as the first point of contact for team members, consolidating issues and resolving them where possible before escalation.
Assist in streamlining workflows, improving team efficiency, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including our Japan-based holding company.
Support in preparing financial reports and analysis as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to team coordination or supervisory duties.
Strong Excel skills, especially in formula building and data manipulation.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in English & Cantonese and/or Japanese is a plus.
