Senior Officer, Property Services (Handover) - 24-month Contract

Responsibilities:

To facilitate sales operations and to assist with pre-management works of a newly developed residential project
To be responsible for the handover process of a newly developed residential project
To manage the whole handover process, including but not limited to office administration, procurement, customer services, complaint handling and following up etc.
To manage and supervise the team members in order to ensure their services properly provided
To perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Degree / Diploma holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines
At least 4 years' relevant experience in luxury residential building/ pre-management projects; Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer, Property Services
Sound experience in handling handover projects is a must
Member of a professional body recognized by the PMSA is an advantage
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office
