How you will make an impact:
Preventive Maintenance Support
• Assist in developing and implementing tailored maintenance schedules for building systems and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of public areas and back-of-house facilities, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Operational Execution
• Coordinate with site maintenance teams to carry out repair and maintenance tasks as delegated by the GM.
• Monitor daily operations, track KPIs, and report performance outcomes to management.
Energy & Efficiency
• Support the execution of energy management strategies, including monitoring consumption and identifying efficiency improvements.
Compliance & Documentation
• Maintain statutory records, licenses, and certificates, ensuring timely renewal and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Prepare bilingual technical documentation and checklists for contractor briefings and audits.
Budget & Inventory Assistance
• Provide input for annual budget preparation and CAPEX planning related to building structures and facilities.
• Assist in managing spare parts inventory and procurement tracking.
What we are looking for:
- Holder of Bachelor Degree or above in Facility Management, Building Services, Electrical Engineering or other related disciplines
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade A or above is preferred
- At least 3 years relevant experience in E&M fields and/or facilities management
- Good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point. Good writing skills in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in spoken English & Cantonese
