- This Product Engineer / Senior Product Engineer role is responsible for driving product design and development of white goods home electrical appliances for a leading European trading group, from concept through to mass production.

What You’ll Be Doing 工作職責
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to understand product requirements, align specifications and resolve technical issues.
- 與內部團隊及外部客戶緊密合作，了解產品需求，制定技術規格並解決相關技術問題。
- Assist in mechanical design to fulfill product requirements, including component and material selection, 3D/2D drawings, specification definition, BOM preparation, NPD and production process setup, and design change maintenance.
- 協助產品機械設計，包括零部件及物料選擇、3D/2D 圖紙繪製、技術規格制定、物料清單（BOM）編製、新產品開發（NPD）及生產流程設計，以及設計變更管理。
- Manage and follow up the full product development cycle from initial concept, prototyping, validation, pilot run to mass production.
- 跟進整個產品開發周期，由前期概念、樣板製作、技術驗證、試產以至量產。
- Evaluate products and parts, support problem analysis and drive solutions to engineering issues during development and production.
- 評估產品及零部件，於開發及生產過程中協助分析並解決工程問題。
- Optimize manufacturing processes, in particular injection molding processes, to improve product quality and production yield.
- 優化生產流程，尤其是注塑工藝，以提升產品質量及生產良率。
- Develop test plans, organize in‑house tests and analyze results to drive improvements during NPI and NPD phases.
- 制定測試計劃，安排內部測試並分析結果，以在新產品導入（NPI）及開發階段持續改進。
- Prepare technical documents, project records and regular progress reports for assigned projects.
- 編寫技術文件、項目記錄及定期進度報告。
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams in Europe, Australia and the US to ensure product quality, compliance and on‑time delivery.
- 與歐洲、澳洲及美國之跨職能團隊緊密合作，確保產品質量、合規性及準時交付。
Ideal Candidates 理想人選
- Degree holder in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
- 大學學位 機械、機電一體化、電子工程或相關學科。
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in product design and development, with solid understanding of plastic and metal mold structure.
- 具至少3年產品設計及開發經驗，並熟悉塑膠及金屬模具結構。
- Hands‑on experience in product structural design and project follow‑up, preferably with control modules for small appliances or white goods.
- 具產品結構設計及項目跟進實務經驗，曾接觸小家電或白色家電之控制模組者優先。
- Experience in ODM / OEM projects for electronic devices, home appliances (white goods), high‑power products or wireless devices is highly preferred.
- 具電子產品、家電（白色家電）、高功率產品或無線設備之 ODM / OEM 項目經驗者優先考慮。
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks; knowledge of CorelDraw will be an advantage.
- 熟悉 AutoCAD 及 SolidWorks，懂 CorelDraw 更佳。
- Familiar with international safety requirements and product standards such as CE / UL or equivalent.
- 熟悉國際安全要求及產品標準（如 CE / UL 等）。
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin, with confidence to communicate with overseas teams and suppliers.
- 良好中英文及普通話溝通能力，能自信地與海外團隊及供應商溝通。
- Able and willing to travel when required for factory visits, project follow‑up and product trials.
- 能按需要出差往工廠或海外，進行項目跟進及產品試產。
