Position Overview 職位概要
- We are seeking a professional and experienced Japanese & Chinese Translator to handle translation of company documents and provide interpretation support during meetings when required.
- 我們正在尋找一位專業且經驗豐富的日文及中文翻譯專員，負責公司內各類文件的中/日翻譯，並在需要時協助會議上的即時傳譯。
Key Responsibilities 主要職責
- Translate documents, reports, and other texts between Chinese and Japanese.
- 將文件、報告及其他文本作出中/日翻譯。
- Conduct grammar and style checks to ensure translation quality.
- 進行語法和語言風格的檢查，確保翻譯文檔的品質。
- Collaborate closely with team members to identify translation needs and schedules.
- 與團隊成員密切合作，確定翻譯需求及時間表。
Ideal Candidates 理想人選
- Native level Japanese; good command of Chinese ; both written and spoken
- 日文達到母語水平；良好的中文能力。書面及口頭表達均流利。
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Literature, Linguistics, Translation, or related field.
- 學士學位，主修文學、語言學、翻譯或相關學科者優先。
- Minimum 3 years of translation experience, preferably in technology or gaming.
- 具備 3 年以上翻譯經驗，特別是在科技或遊戲方面。
- Familiar with translation tools and software.
- 熟悉相關翻譯工具及軟件。
- Strong time management skills, able to deliver high‑quality translations under tight deadlines.
- 具備良好的時間管理能力，能夠在緊迫的時間內完成高品質的翻譯。
- Must have valid long‑term residency status in Japan.
- 必須持有日本的有效長期居留身份。
Terms & Benefits 條款及福利
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (5‑day work week)
- 工作時間： 星期一至星期五，上午 9:00 至下午 5:30（五天工作週）
- Work based in : Osaka office
- 工作地點：大阪分公司
