Role Summary 職位概要

You will lead vendor management and production control across China and Southeast Asia.
您將領導中國及東南亞的供應商管理與生產管控。
You will design and implement supply chain strategies, manage production schedules and capacity, and ensure vendors deliver on quality, cost, and timelines.
您將制定並執行供應鏈策略，管理生產進度及產能，並確保供應商在品質、成本及交期上達標。
This role requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and exceptional communication skills, with deep knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain systems in the region.

Position Overview 職位概覽

This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for end‑to‑end production control and vendor management across China & Southeast Asia.

You will ensure manufacturing partners deliver exceptional quality, on‑time, and at optimal cost, while strengthening vendor partnerships and optimizing production capacity.

Ideal Candidate 理想人選

Bachelor’s degree holder
持有學士學位
10+ years of progressive experience in production control, supply chain, and vendor management in toys or consumer products
十年以上玩具或消費品的生產管控、供應鏈及供應商管理經驗
Proven success in building and leading high‑performing teams
具備建立及領導高效團隊的成功經驗
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics in China & Southeast Asia
深厚的中國及東南亞製造流程及供應鏈運作知識
Experience negotiating and managing third‑party inspection/auditing firms
具備與第三方檢驗／審核公司談判及管理的經驗
Willingness to travel frequently across China and Southeast Asia
願意經常往返中國及東南亞出差

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

Lead and manage supply chain and vendor management teams in China & Southeast Asia
領導並管理中國及東南亞的供應鏈團隊及供應商管理團隊
Develop and execute production control strategies to ensure on‑time shipments and optimal capacity utilization
制定並執行生產管控策略，確保準時出貨及最佳產能利用
Monitor vendor reporting, audit data, and performance grading to ensure compliance and improvement
監察供應商報告、審核數據及績效評級，以確保合規及改善
Implement robust systems for forecasting, planning, and monitoring production capacity across all sites
建立完善的系統以進行預測、規劃及監控各地的生產能力
Proactively address potential delays and act as on‑site problem solver to safeguard customer timelines
主動解決潛在延誤並作為現場問題解決者，以保障客戶交付時間表
Drive initiatives to exceed shipment targets and maintain accurate production records
推動計劃以超越出貨目標並維持準確的生產記錄
Collaborate with product development, engineering, quality assurance, and legal teams to embed operational excellence
與產品開發、工程、品質保證及法律團隊合作，以確保營運卓越
Negotiate agreements with third‑party inspection/auditing firms, securing dedicated personnel across China & Southeast Asia
與第三方檢驗／審核公司談判協議，確保在中國及東南亞擁有專責人員
Build and implement a vendor management framework with clear performance metrics and corrective action plans
建立並執行供應商管理框架，制定明確的績效指標及改善計劃
Oversee vendor contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions
監督供應商合約並確保遵守條款及條件
Conduct regular factory monitoring with team members, documenting production status and risks
與團隊成員定期監察工廠，記錄生產狀況及風險
