Key Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting duties including data entries, cheque payments, staff reimbursement, income/account receivable reconciliation and filling.
Prepare vouchers and accounting schedules.
Participate in month-end closing.
Support ad-hoc task as assigned.

Requirements

F.5 or above with LCCI Intermediate.
1-2 years relevant experience is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite System is an advantage.
Intermediate level communication in spoken and written English and Chinese
Good team player with strong sense of responsibility.
Immediate available is preferred.
Must share the commitment of Mother’s Choice in upholding the safety and protection of children as paramount.
