Responsibilities:

Support in different anti-bribery and corruption ("ABC") and AML related projects
Ensure projects are implemented in accordance with defined timeline and compliance with group and local regulatory requirements
Recommend changes to ABC and AML procedures to increase effectiveness of compliance programs
Review and update ABC, AML and sanctions policies and procedures to reflect changes made by regulators and Group Compliance
Provide ABC, AML and sanctions related advice to business units to ensure that they are in full compliance with local, Group and regulatory requirements
Conduct compliance reviews and monitoring on ABC, AML and sanctions to ensure relevant policy and procedures are in place and effective
Review and update ABC, AML and sanctions compliance training materials and provide related trainings to staffs
Review suspicious transactions escalated by staff and agents and draft suspicious transaction report to financial intelligence unit for MLRO's review and submission, if necessary
Investigate and document reasons for closing name screening and transaction monitoring alerts
Prepare management report for regular submission to management, Group and regulators
Assist in gathering documents for internal audit, regulator visit, Group's audit, Group ABC, AML & Sanctions review visits and ad hoc projects.

Qualifications:

Degree or above in Business Administration, accounting, finance, law or relevant disciplines
At least 4 years in ABC and/or AML compliance experience in financial institutions, preferably in insurance
Having AML-related professional qualifications (e.g., ACAMS, ICA) is a plus
Good knowledge in executing projects encompassing new ABC and AML control is a plus
Good knowledge in regulatory requirements of IA, AMCM and BMA
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills
Excellent PC skills in MS office and good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good team player, detail-oriented and self-starter
Able to work independently and efficiently and accomplish task within tight deadline
