How you will make an impact:
- Assist team supervisor in carrying out daily operations of the property including monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.
- Handle clients enquires and resolve complaints in maintaining good relationships with them.
- Liaise with and supervise the performance of the service contractors to ensure quality of work and adherence to guidelines and policies.
- Assist the handover/takeover of premises.
- Monitor the validity of the services contracts/certificates/licenses on building’s facilities.
- Handle procurement.
- Assist in the coordination of ad hoc building functions and events
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma holder in property management or related disciplines;
- Minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in property management in Hong Kong, including 1 years’ experience in managing shopping arcade; and
- Professional qualification in facility / housing management is an advantage.
