How you will make an impact:
- Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided as required
- Ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport
- Assist the manager in provide high-quality property management services
- Answer enquiries, handle complaints and resolve problems
- Monitor the standards of maintenance, security, and cleaning services of properties
- Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties
What we are looking for:
- HKDSE or above, in Property Management or related disciplines
- 2 years of working experience in property management is preferable
- Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Well versed in computer applications including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
- Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is required
- Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered as Property Assistant
