職位名稱 : 技術部副主任
- 向安全技術部經理匯報，並協助其領導 4 至 5 人的技術團隊
- 制定公司機械與生產設備的年度/月度保養計畫，並安排、監督維修團隊按時、按質完成。
- 判斷設備重大故障，主導或安排緊急維修，以最小化對生產的影響。
- 定期檢查各項保養與維修工作的執行情況與成果，確保符合既定標準。
- 監督維修物料的採購計畫、庫存管理及進出倉流程，確保備件供應及時、充足，成本可控。
- 巡檢並監督各生產部門對機械設備的日常操作與基本維護情況，確保遵守安全與操作規範，延長設備壽命。
- 協助經理協調各生產部門，合理安排機械的維修保養時程，以確保生產順利。
- 其他臨時指派的工作
理想人選
- 持有機械工程、電機工程、工業工程或相關學科之文憑或以上學歷
- 具備三年或以上機械及重型設備維修實務經驗
- 有物流、港口或工業背景者優先
- 能夠制定及執行公司機械與生產設備的年度／月度保養計劃
- 具備判斷設備重大故障的能力，並能主導或安排緊急維修，以減少生產中斷
- 有領導維修團隊的經驗，確保維修工作按時、按質完成
- 熟悉維修物料的採購計劃、庫存管理及進出倉流程
- 能確保備件供應充足、及時，並具成本控制能力
- 具備安全合規標準及設備操作規範的知識
- 能與各生產部門協調，合理安排維修保養時程，確保生產順利
- 熟悉 MS Office ）
- 具良好粵語普通話溝通能力

Job Title : Officer, Safety and Technical Department
- Report to the Safety and Technical Department Manager and assist in leading a team of 4–5 technicians
- Develop annual/monthly maintenance plans for machinery and production equipment; schedule and supervise timely, quality completion
- Diagnose major equipment failures and lead or arrange emergency repairs to minimize production impact
- Inspect maintenance and repair work regularly to ensure compliance with standards
- Oversee procurement plans, inventory management, and warehouse processes for repair materials to ensure timely supply and cost control
- Monitor daily operation and basic maintenance of machinery by production departments to ensure safety compliance and extend equipment lifespan
- Coordinate with production departments to schedule maintenance effectively and ensure smooth operations
Ideal Candidate
- Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in machinery and heavy equipment maintenance, preferably in logistics, port operations, or industrial settings
- Proven ability to develop and implement annual and monthly maintenance schedules for production equipment
- Strong diagnostic skills in identifying major equipment failures and coordinating emergency repairs to minimize operational downtime
- Experience in supervising maintenance teams and ensuring timely, high-quality execution of repair and servicing tasks
- Familiar with inventory control, procurement planning, and warehouse processes for spare parts and maintenance materials
- Knowledge of safety compliance standards and operational protocols in equipment handling and maintenance
- Capable of coordinating with multiple departments to align maintenance schedules with production needs
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
