Responsibilities:

* Performs Receptionist Functions * Maintains the professional image of AXA Academy * Maintains room booking system and ensure all rooms are well prepared for use * Monitors the smooth operation of cash registers * Responsible for daily training administration, including training & examination enrollment, training attendance checking, materials preparation, training record updating, etc * Provides office support services & performs administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

* Diploma or above in any discipline with relevant working experience * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Work under pressure and self-motivated * Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese * Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
