Quantity Surveying Manager / Assistant Quantity Surveying Manager (5-day work)

Job Responsibilities:-

Responsible for the administration of main contracts and subcontracts, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting, material procurement, final account, VO valuation, measurement, contractual claims and subcontractors’ claims for our construction projects
Prepare contract budget, cost estimation and evaluation of tender submission
Conduct subletting and purchasing procedures and perform tender analysis in accordance company ISO procedures
Supervise QS team and coordinate closely with project managers, engineers and clients to achieve project objectives.

Job Requirements:-

Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
A Corporate Member of MHKIS or MRICS or equivalent is preferable.
At least 10 years of relevant quantity surveying experience in E&M construction projects/building services contracts.
Proactive, good communication and analytical skills, able to work independently.
Good knowledge of general contract administration and quantity surveying skills is essential.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveying Manager

Working Location : Kwun Tong
