We are now looking for a talented Administrative Executive to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Residential Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for providing day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the residential marketing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive secretarial and office administrative support such as scheduling appointments and meetings, reimbursement claims, travel arrangements, documents signing, ordering office suppliers and warehouse maintenance etc.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct inquiries to the appropriate parties.
Coordinate company events, team activities and support attendance tracking and staff coordination
Process payments and invoices with the teammates and accounts departments
News clipping and sharing of market news
Ensure all company policies/procedures in store are followed and manage archiving for relevant documents

REQUIREMENTS

HKCEE/DSE or above with formal secretarial training
Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in secretarial and administrative work
Pleasant character, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
