Role Expectations

Demonstrate strong copywriting and translation skills by producing high-quality content for product copies, press releases, marketing materials, and internal and external communications; ensure that all content accurately aligns with brand standards and tone
Arrange PR samples to the media and influencers, including managing deliveries and communicating with recipients to ensure timely and accurate PR gift delivery
Compile an accurate monthly PR report promptly
Support the team in various events and marketing activations by providing content support, preparing marketing materials and stock, managing material deliveries and on-site assistance
Assist the team with research for marketing campaigns and activations
Assist in creating designs for product labels, signage, and other marketing materials
Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the team

Job Requirement

Part-time position, able to work for 3-4 days per week (8 hours per day, mainly from Monday to Friday; flexibility to work occasionally on weekends, public holidays or evenings as required by events)
Degree holder preferably in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Media or related disciplines
Experience in the PR or copywriting industry is preferred
Excellent written and spoken in English and Chinese
Basic Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
Self-motivated, a good team-player, detail-minded and responsible
Organised, task-oriented and able to efficiently manage multiple tasks
Immediately available is an advantage
