How you will make an impact:

Strengthen business network with current tenants, corporate clients, property agencies and business partners.
Handle daily leasing enquiries and all tenancy matters.
Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports.
Assist in budget planning and rental forecast.
Coordinate with other departments on renovation/refurbishment works.
Establish and maintain good relationships with tenants and property agents.
Responsible for any assigned ad-hoc projects.

What we are looking for:

Degree holder in Real Estate or Surveying or related disciplines.
3 years' relevant experience in property leasing, preferably with major developers.
Strong market sense and proactive attitude.
Familiar with leasing management software or systems is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Customer focus with good communication and negotiation skills.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer position.
