Senior Associate/ Associate - International Property

We are looking for a Senior Associate/Associate to join our International Property team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to engage in various asset management and development projects while collaborating with talented professionals.

Responsibilities

Partner with offshore regional offices and investment prospects to support asset management and development initiatives, including project management, portfolio monitoring, performance benchmarking, and the evaluation of value-enhancement initiatives
Contribute to feasibility studies, financial modelling, budgeting, scheduling, consultant coordination, and project execution to ensure timely and effective project delivery
Conduct in-depth research on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive positioning, utilizing both traditional approaches and AI-powered tools to gather, process, and analyze data and generate actionable insights
Develop and prepare high-quality reports, research briefs, and presentations that provide clear and actionable recommendations that inform strategic decision-making
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants to support the execution of business plans, development projects, and portfolio optimization strategies
Provide forward-looking analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and value-creation strategies across the firm’s assets and development pipeline

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Surveying, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Approximately 5 years of professional experience in asset management, development management, and/or project management.
Advanced proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling, with proven experience in feasibility analysis and benchmarking.
Familiarity with AI and data analytics tools for real estate research, benchmarking, and forecasting, combined with the ability to critically assess, validate, and refine outputs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Cantonese and Putonghua preferred.
Highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables across projects, assets, and research initiatives.
Capacity for independent, rigorous thinking, ensuring outputs are evidence-based and not reliant on unverified automated tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
